The desire to go electric was there. The economics to justify it were there. What wasn't there was any infrastructure to make the switch possible. No charging network. No swap stations. Nothing. Just a gap that everyone could see and nobody was filling. So we built it ourselves.

Terra started in Dubai in 2022 with one simple premise: you can't electrify delivery fleets by selling them bikes and hoping the energy infrastructure appears. You have to build the energy layer first. The stations, the batteries, the platform, the partnerships — all of it, before you ask a single rider to make the switch. That's still how we think. Build the infrastructure. Then everything else follows.
